Recruitment and allocation: Assist in clarifying the responsibilities and requirements of various tasks, ensure the selection of appropriate personnel arrangements through various selection means: in the right position: to provide human resources reserve for the future development of the group.

Performance appraisal: Through various reasonable and effective appraisal methods, ensure that each job meets its responsibilities and requirements, and ensure that staff performance is evaluated fairly.

Employee Relations: Establish legal, normative and harmonious labor relations: ensure smooth communication between employees and enterprises, provide relevant policy consultation and other related services for employees, train and develop, utilize various resources inside and outside the group, research and develop necessary and effective training content and form, ensure staff professional quality and skills to continuous improvement.
